An accessory dwelling unit (ADU) is a smaller, independent residential dwelling unit located on the same lot as a standalone single-family home.

Internal, attached, and detached ADUs all have the potential to increase housing affordability (both for homeowners and tenants).

OSH team is committed to ensuring you have the optimal ADU conversion experience.

Whether you need personal space for activities, or create a guest home for family and friends.
